Found Photographs

My father took this photograph sometime in the late 1950’s early 1960’s. He never pursued art as a career or lifestyle, but to me he was always an artist and a wonderful photographer. And, even though I never saw this photo until recently, I think I inherited my father’s photographic style somehow through osmosis. Can artistic style be inherited?

I found the slide, along with thousands of others, in a bin along with some super 8 film of Vermont skiing trips and summer trips to The Cape. Transferring the film to digital is my next project. To be continued…
